ROSSM Refund & Returns Policy

At ROSSM, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you’re not, we’ve made our refund and returns process as straightforward as possible for you.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items purchased during sales or with a discount are final sale and non-returnable.

To initiate a return, contact us at help@rossmwallet.com, and we will guide you through the process. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid digital return shipping label (for eligible countries), Instructions on how and where to send your return.

Important: Items sent back without first contacting us and our prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Products purchased during sales are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Items that show signs of wear and tear or damage post-delivery.
  • Orders that have had a Warranty Claim processed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately within 14 days of delivery at help@rossmwallet.com, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue. 

Exchanges 

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order. We will:

  • Provide a prepaid digital return shipping label (for eligible countries).
  • Ship your new item at no additional cost once the return is processed.

Exchanges must be initiated within the same 30-day window and meet the return criteria.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status via email. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at help@rossmwallet.com.

Shipping Information for Returns

We offer free returns for customers in the USA, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy.

For other EU countries, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For international orders outside the EU, we do not offer free returns. Any additional return shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable.

Please retain a copy of your return shipment receipt for tracking purposes. If the item is lost during return transit and you have proof of drop-off, we will honor the return/exchange.

Special Notes

  • All return labels provided by ROSSM are digital. We are not responsible for providing physical labels. Select USPS locations will accept a QR code that may be used in place of a return label. You can find locations that accept a QR code in place of a label here: USPS Locator.
  • APO and PPO Address may require a different address to return due to label creation restrictions in restricted access areas.
  • Orders with incorrect item details may be canceled if contacted within 2 hours of placing the order.
